Greetings to you all

2012,   enough said! it proved to be the wettest on record, some of our visitors had to brave the winds early in the season, When Spring finally came we enjoyed a season of Beautiful Flowers over a long period, and June promised a good Harvest of Bulbs, then it rained, however with our custom built barn we managed to get everything done and the bulbs were good quality

At the shows Adrian was awarded a Royal Horticultural Society Gold Medals for the Displays at the London Plant Fair, and at the Cardiff Show where we were delighted to welcome Alex Jones the well-known and very popular TV presenter who graced our display for a photo shot, we were invited to name a new Daffodil for her and Ron presented this to Alex on the BBC One Show in April.

The County show at Boconnoc we were awarded the Gold and prestigious Best Exhibit in Show, our displays also gained Gold awards at Falmouth, Trelissick.

The Cornwall garden Society held a Nurseryman’s Best Plant award for 2012 this being their 100 anniversary, we were delighted to be awarded this prize for a New variety of Daffodil "Seedling 858" 2Y-Y this has now been registered as "Centenary Gold" to commemorate the occasion.

Once again we are very grateful to the Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society for the Display in Edinburgh and to Don Elder for his stalwart work in Scotland, all these shows create considerable enjoyment for the show visitors and we are pleased to be able to supply the flowers for the occasion.

The Walk and Talk visits to our Fields were well received and the weather was kind to us, we hope to continue these for various charities.

The RHS Spring show London 26th and 27^th March  

Boconnoc on the 6^th April and 7^th April

The RHS Show Cardiff on the19th, 20th and 21st April

The Isle of Wight Spring Show on the 27^th and 28^th April
